Assisted Living

Residents who require a helping hand with some aspects of daily living benefit from the additional services offered in the Hermitage’s assisted-living community. We have purposely designed our facility with a strong resident-to-staff ratio to provide an intimate setting for our residents. All clinical staff members have Direct Care Training or are State Certified Nursing Assistants.

We offer three levels of care in Assisted Living, as detailed below. Whether you need light assistance in daily activities, or more involved care with medical needs, we are here to care for you.

We Offer Three Levels of Care

Residential Assisted Living

Let the Hermitage take the worry out of your daily living routine. Our certified nurse aides assist you with one of the activities of daily living, like bathing, dressing, or toileting and bowel and bladder care. In addition, residents may receive memory assistance and medication assistance from licensed practical nurses.

Regular Assisted Living

When you find yourself slowing down and find you need a little more help with your daily living routine, Hermitage’s courteous and compassionate staff is there to lend a hand. We assist you with up to three activities of daily living, and administer doctor-prescribed medications by licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Nursing staff also helps make doctors’ appointments.

Intensive Assisted Living

At the Hermitage, we want you to know the rest of your life is taken care of as time marches on. We offer more comprehensive services as you need them, including assistance with four or more daily activities. Wake up knowing your needs are our priorities, including dressing, showering, toileting, taking medications, socializing, eating and just relaxing.
